In our custom-built service area, which features custom service bays and the best staff in the industry, we can handle anything and everything your kart may need. From routine maintenance, race preparation, crash repair and complete overhauls, we can get you back on track with a perfectly running kart.

Engine building – DLD/Daniel Patino

Tucked away in the back of our shop is Daniel, our engine maestro. Sometimes we don’t see him for hours or days, as he is busy meticulously rebuilding Comer, HPV, or TAG engines for our customers. Whether you need more power, or your mill is just tired and needs a freshening, Daniel can take care of that for you.

Arrive and Drive

For the person who wants to race karts but leads a busy life, try out Arrive and Drive plan. We prep the kart, take it to the track, and then take it home and get it ready for the next race. While at the track, we provide all of the trackside mechanical support, tuning the kart to make it faster or repairing it in case you crash. All you have to do is show up and drive!

Tuner Coaching

In the sport of kart racing, in order for the driver to be fast, the kart has to be dialed in to the specific conditions of the driver, engine, track, and conditions on that particular day. Karts are infinitely adjustable; often, a very small adjustment will have a very big impact on how that kart handles. To bring you up to speed, Preston can show you what it will take to set up a kart that’s ready to be driven to victory circle. Having put Sodi Karts into the winners circle in a variety of different classes, with different tires and different engines, means that Preston can show you how to get to the front no matter what you race.

Complete technical assistance

G-Phactory is an industry leader in race team operations and kart preparation. All aspects of our race team are handled in house, and our direct connection with our chassis and engine suppliers ensure that we provide our customers with the right mechanical assistance, expertise, and knowledge to get them on track and get them to the front.

Seminars

From time to time, G-Phactory will have seminars that will offer insights into kart racing, tuning, and preparation. Hosted by the same staff that runs our Stars of Karting team, the team will impart the knowledge and tactics necessary to keep a first-rate karting operation going.
